During this time, the company has managed to win the recognition of reputable clients, including Aeroflot, S7 Airlines and other well-known brands. The customer came to us with a request to create a website for a logistics company that is different from everyone else’s: so that you can go to the website, look at it and make a conclusion that "Vostok Logistic" can be trusted.

Solution
"Vostok Logistic" came to us without a brand platform, positioning and formulated company values. In many ways, this happened because the logistics market is similar and it is really difficult to differentiate from competitors. In order to start from something, we analyzed the logistics companies of Vladivostok and Primorye and highlighted the advantages of "Vostok Logistic".
1. The company has been on the market for many years, so it can boast of many offers
In the "Services" section, we highlighted the variety of types of transportation: rail, sea and air, the presence of its own vehicle fleet, warehouses and agents in China.
2. Vostok Logistic had several cases that highlighted the company’s experience and expertise as a bold executor who is not afraid to take on even the most difficult tasks.
For example, logistics specialists completed the paperwork and delivered a ZJ 50DBS-M drilling rig from China to the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug in just three days. We added this and other key cases to the Projects section so that potential clients could understand that Vostok Logistic can deliver absolutely everything.

When Vostok Logistic approached us, the company already had a bright symbol of a black panther. It was on the logo, truck cabins, every other publication on social networks. The company helps preserve this rare species — three leopards are under care of the company. There was no other option but to connect the concept with the image of a cat.

We created several illustrations of the panther using AI, the idea was approved, but at the last moment we abandoned the idea — stock photos, pictures and videos were more suitable for the site. The swiftness and confidence of the panther were conveyed through design: a dark color scheme, accent headings and animation.

"Not like everyone else" website for a "like everyone else" logistics company

The concept had to be based on feelings: so that you could go to the website, look at it and make a conclusion that Vostok Logistic are cool guys who can be trusted and worked with.

To do this, we emphasized the tone of the company’s voice: friendly, sincere, sociable, with humor. It is reflected in the headings and text blocks:

  • "Everything is on track with"
  • "We transport with soul"
  • "We deliver cargo throughout the Russian Federation and the world and do not cause problems"

On the main page, we collected the types of transportation and cargo and the company’s values, told about the Vostok Logistic team and added a block for applicants.
The customer did not want an informational website like everyone else’s
Since the target audience of logistics companies are managers, it is important for them to study the offer quickly, learn about the services and experience, advantages and cost. We worked through these sections so that the potential client has no questions left. In the block with services, we planned out information cards with characteristics, added infographics with the main stages of work, told about the advantages and capabilities of the company.
The section with the ship schedule was supplemented with an admin panel function so that the customer could update the list independently.
Website users can:

  • learn about the company's services and leave a request for cooperation - all pages of the site are supplemented with active target action buttons and forms;
  • learn about the advantages and unique offers of Vostok Logistic;
  • read about the company's experience in the "Projects" section;
  • see the schedule of the nearest vessels and adjust business processes to current dates;
  • subscribe to social networks and download the company's business presentation.
Results
The website turned out to be bold and memorable. It differs from competitors' pages both in design and content: we tried to tell about the company so that clients would have no questions or doubts — "Vostok Logistic" can be trusted.
