The developer approached us with a blueprint of the house, a catchy sounding name, and a photo of Brynner. There was no logo, branding or other semantic or visual concept at the initial stage.

However, the energy, openness and seriousness of purpose that characterizes our long-term partners allowed all of us to move forward with confidence.

Our challenge was to create a website for a future housing estate, where people who associate themselves with refined culture of theater and cinema will be eager to live. The name of the project is telling and iconic. It was decided to name the house in honor of the Oscar-winning Hollywood actor Yul Brynner, who was born in our city.
Challenge
The first thing our company did was to brainstorm vigorously. We were thinking through the idea of a future residential complex.

As you remember, we had a name and a rough understanding of what the house would technically be like. Therefore, when developing the website, we left some space for refinements.

So, working on a project for digital space, we helped our customers to finalize the positioning and image of the house itself. It was interesting.

To form the concept of the house, we deepened into the life story of Yul Brynner with the entire team. In the process of analysis, we discovered fascinating facts not even about Brynner’s life, but about his family’s journey:
The Story
  • Brynner’s grandfather is a Swiss who moved to the Primorsky region;
  • Brynner Sr.'s family was behind the founding of many businesses throughout the region;
  • members of the Brynner family even have their own crypt in Primorsky Krai;
  • one of the towns in our region was founded on the basis of the Brynner mining enterprise.
The Brynner family is famous and respected, and Yul is a Hollywood actor. The decision came by itself. We built the whole concept of our site on the basis of famous artist films. The titles of the site sections are the real names of his movies. The whole house is wrapped in the romance of theater and cinema. You are the main actor, the house is your stage.
The idea
Going in and "scrolling" is a distinct pleasure. The whole animation of the site looks like a constantly changing movie film. One story is smoothly replaced by another - this is how you move through the sections of the site.

This is our special pride. We have improved the Apartment Selector significantly, making it more logical, engaging and user-friendly for everybody with any level of computer skills.

Exploring floors and apartment layouts has become a fun game that will help you try on the life you dream of.

By the way, most of the apartments have already been sold!
For the last couple of years DVIGA has been working a lot with real estate developers. We don’t say that this is our main specialization, but we can say with confidence that we make websites where apartments are sold in less than half a year.

And we are not talking about houses with budget studios. In this case apartments are sold much faster. We are talking about higher quality projects of comfort and business class with high checks on living space.
