Website for a neighbourhood in a new satellite city of Vladivostok

DNS City
A city is being built in the Far East: from scratch, just like in the Soviet Union. More than a third of the land of Sputnik, the name of the new settlement, was given to DNS Developer for real estate development. The developer had little time, a lot of tasks and a good amount of money, so we created a website on Tilda for a huge neighbourhood with long-term planning and complex infrastructure.
(About the project)
Website development
Expertise
  • Structure information about the neighbourhood, the first quarter and the house where sales started.
  • Add zero-blocks and codes to the constructor for greater page efficiency.
  • Create a website on Tilda.
  • Develop a convenient quiz "Choose an apartment".
(Tasks)
The customer contacted us four months before the start of sales
(Solution)
During this period of time, it was necessary to create a website that would highlight the scale of the project and convince the audience that the neighbourhood has everything necessary for a comfortable life.

This is a "city within a city" with modern housing, schools, kindergartens, a boulevard and green areas, a developed transport system and commercial infrastructure — people will not have to go to Vladivostok or Artem to solve everyday problems
We could quickly and efficiently solve these problems by creating a website on Tilda
  • The website builder saves time. Coding from scratch on Bitrix takes many more hours of work, we would definitely not have made it in time for the start of sales.
  • Easily adapts to different services. Thanks to this fact, we were able to make the multi-level site, create interactive maps, add an online broadcast of the construction progress and a quiz "Choose an apartment".
  • Easy to use. The DNS City project has been designed for many years. On Tilda, you can set up a convenient admin panel: if something does not go according to plan, for example, the cost of apartments changes or new objects appear, the customer will be able to make changes to the information content quickly without the help of IT specialists.

Discuss the project
We needed to decide how to tell about "DNS City" on one landing page: a large-scale long-term project in which the first quarter is being built and the sale of apartments in House 1 has already started. To do this, we divided the site into logical parts and added separate landing pages: the user follows the links step by step and gradually learns about the advantages of the project.

For a "city within a city" — a site within a site

In the first part, we posted a video and a song from the developer — yes, "DNS Developer" put in a lot of effort and, together with LyuSEA, recorded the soundtrack for the neighbourhood.
The scale of the project was emphasised by key figures and a general plan of the area. It will highlight the houses in which you can buy a flat.

Now, if you click on House 1, you will go to a landing page with characteristics, layouts and conditions for buying an apartment.
The neighbourhood is located in the forest, but it is not cut off from civilization. To clearly show that all infrastructure facilities can be reached in 15−20 minutes' time, we wrote an interactive map in code. Using it, you can select filters "Shops", "Entertainment", "Cafes", "Kindergartens", "Medical institutions" and "Schools" or view all locations at once.
The auto-scrolling slides combine nearby locations with distance to them and travel times.
The part with the advantages of the neighbourhood contains characteristics from the social and commercial content of the project to the transport and service infrastructure.
The first quarter is described in information cards that appear when you click on the slides. We did the same with the apartment finishing options: the pop-up windows describe in detail the differences between preliminary and final finishing options from the developer.
Since the developer offers several housing purchase programs, we made a separate page with terms for each offer. Such information reduces stress and increases user loyalty.
The neighbourhood is being built on the principle of "city within a city": most of the ground floors of the buildings will be occupied by commercial infrastructure. To attract the attention of businesses to the new city, a separate block was created with a competitive description and a target action button for contacting the sales department.
Since the project is large-scale and is designed for several years, a news block has been added so that residents could follow new infrastructure facilities, and potential buyers are confident that the project is developing. The block is supplemented with an admin panel: the developer can add news without the help of IT specialists.
The neighbourhood will consist of 63 houses, which will be built and put into commission one after the other. In order to structure the website and make it convenient for users, each house will have a separate page with layouts, information about the grounds around the house, commercial infrastructure, security system, common areas and each apartment.
Each house has its own landing page
The website has an active quiz "Choose an apartment" for House 1. In it you can choose a price range, floor, entrance, meterage, number of rooms and type of finishing. There are several filter options: by layout, view from the window or checkerboard.
