Khleb i moloko (Bread and milk)
"Khleb i moloko" is a chain of stores selling natural products and real artisan bread. Sourdough of our own production and selected ingredients are the basis of the bread. And quality is the main recipe.

The objective is to retain and increase the loyalty of current customers, attract new ones by creating a convenient online store for purchasing the company’s products

  • Develop a convenient product catalogue.
  • Plan the content of information cards on products.
  • Create a visual concept that would intersect with the current brand identity and design of retail outlets.
  • Create a section where company promotions will be periodically published.
  • Develop a system for exchanging available goods and orders with IIKO.
Objectives and tasks
We held several meetings with the customer, where we described the portrait of key customers, the full customer journey from the moment they enter the online store to the moment they order and receive their goods. Then we discussed how to store information about orders and available goods in IIKO, as well as wishes for the visual component of the design.

We compiled a list of interesting solutions by analysing competitors in the market.

The result of the analysis was a well-developed website structure implemented in MIRO.

Pre-project analysis

We created an interactive prototype of all the unique pages of the website in FIGMA. This allowed the customer to understand the functionality of the website and see how customers would interact with the site at an early stage.
Design
The most important thing for "Khleb i moloko" is the product, its quality and naturalness. The main page of the website displays a full catalogue of products with bright photos and well-thought-out navigation, divided into categories.
Implementation
The buyer, by going to the product card, will be able to find the necessary information about a specific product: expiration date, weight, composition, PFC.
We have thoroughly worked out and simplified the ordering process. Before adding the goods to the shopping cart, the user will be asked to select the store where he would like to pick up his order. After selecting the store, the website will show what is available in the preferred store.
For convenience, the entire purchase history is saved in the personal account. It is also possible to repeat any of the orders. Clients can store several addresses for delivery — this makes the process of creating subsequent orders faster, since there will be no need to re-enter the information.
We thought out the section "Special and holiday offers". The site administrator has the ability to create promo pages with product collections for specific events. For example, March 8 or Easter. In the future, you can provide a link, for example, in an advertisement to a specific page with a product collection
On the "shops" page, all the chain’s retail outlets are indicated on a map in a convenient format with photographs and opening hours.
And, of course, we tried to make the website easy to use for the mobile version.

IIKO is a complex software product consisting of different modules that solve problems. For example, the sellers in the store have one module, and the information about the available goods and assortment is stored in another.

During the integration, we linked all these parts together. As a result, the site not only has an up-to-date product catalogue, but also exchanges with the accounting system and available goods for products in each store in the chain every minute.

At the same time, orders from the website come directly to the store. Thus, the seller will be able to quickly collect them and give them to the client.
